Earthbound Divination: Return & Refund Policy
At Earthbound Divination, we strive to provide insights and tools that support your journey toward professional alignment and personal grounding. Please review our policies regarding services and physical goods below.
1. Intuitive Services (Readings & Consultations)
Due to the personalized nature of spiritual and coaching services, all sales for readings, numerology reports, and consultations are final.

No Refunds: Once a reading has been performed or a digital report (such as a Birth Blueprint) has been delivered, we do not offer refunds.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: We value your time and ours. If you need to reschedule a live session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

"No-shows" for scheduled appointments are non-refundable.

2. Physical Products (Workbooks, Tools, etc.)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your physical tools. If your item isn't a perfect fit:

Returns: You may return unused, unopened physical items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping costs).

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@earthbounddivination.com within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items: Digital downloads, used workbooks, or custom-made items are final sale.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return for a physical product, please contact us at info@earthbounddivination.com with your order number. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

Hypsee is a secure, all-in-one booking platform specifically designed for spiritual practitioners and intuitive guides. It allows you to view my real-time availability, book sessions instantly, and securely process payments all in one place.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Hypsee integrates with industry-standard payment processors (like Stripe and PayPal). Your credit card information is encrypted and is never stored by me or by the platform itself.
How do I join our session?
Depending on the service you book, Hypsee will send you an automated confirmation email with your unique link (for video calls) or instructions on how to receive your recorded reading. You will also receive a reminder 24 hours before we begin!
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Absolutely. You can manage your appointment directly through the link in your confirmation email.

Do I need to download an app?
While Hypsee has a mobile app for a great user experience, it is not required. You can book and join our sessions directly through your web browser on any phone, tablet, or computer.
What if I’m in a different time zone?
Hypsee automatically detects your local time zone and adjusts my calendar accordingly. The time you see on the booking page is your local time!
How to Book Your Session: A Step-by-Step Guide
Booking your reading or coaching session is designed to be a simple, grounding experience. We use Hypsee to ensure your information is secure and our scheduling is seamless.
Step 1: Choose Your Journey
Visit our https://www.hypsee.com/Earthbound_Divination and browse the available services. Whether you are looking for the Career Compass, a Birth Blueprint, or the Fool’s Journey, select the session that resonates most with your current needs.
Step 2: Select Your Time
Hypsee will automatically detect your local time zone. Choose a date and time from the calendar where you know you can be in a quiet, undisturbed space.

Note: For recorded readings (non-live), simply select any available slot; this just adds you to my production queue!
Step 3: Secure Your Spot
Enter your details and complete the secure checkout. You will receive an immediate Confirmation Email from Hypsee.
Tip: If you don't see it within 5 minutes, check your "Promotions" or "Spam" folder and mark us as "Not Spam" to ensure you get your reminders!
Step 4: The Pre-Reading Prep
Check your confirmation email for a short "Intake Form." This is where you can share your specific questions or the areas of your professional life where you’re seeking alignment. This helps me ground into your energy before we even meet.
Step 5: Connection Day
