What is Hypsee?

Hypsee is a secure, all-in-one booking platform specifically designed for spiritual practitioners and intuitive guides. It allows you to view my real-time availability, book sessions instantly, and securely process payments all in one place.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Hypsee integrates with industry-standard payment processors (like Stripe and PayPal). Your credit card information is encrypted and is never stored by me or by the platform itself.

How do I book a session?

Our booking process depends on whether you want a live connection or a recorded report:

  • For Live 1:1 Sessions: When you open our Hypsee page, you’ll see available time slots immediately. Pick the one that fits your schedule, and we'll meet via video at that exact time.

  • For Recorded Offerings (like the Career Compass): You don't need to pick a time! Just dismiss the initial 1:1 calendar view to see the full menu. Once you purchase, your request is sent to my queue, and I will deliver your video report to your inbox within 5–7 days.

    Note: If you do see a calendar for a recorded reading, simply select any available slot. This doesn't mean we meet live; it just secures your spot in my production queue for that week.

  • Do I need to download an app? While Hypsee offers a mobile app, it is not required. You can book and join our sessions directly through your web browser on any device.

 

 

Time Zones & Technical Prep

  • What if I’m in a different time zone? The Hypsee calendar automatically detects your local time zone. The time you see is exactly when we will meet.

  • How do I join our session? You will receive a confirmation email immediately after booking. For live video calls, this email contains your unique link. We also send a reminder 24 hours before we begin.

  • I didn't get my confirmation email! Please check your "Promotions" or "Spam" folder. If it’s not there, contact us and we will manually verify your spot.

Changes & Refunds

 

  • Can I reschedule or cancel? Yes. You can manage your appointment via the link in your confirmation email. Rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before our session.

  • What is your refund policy?

    • Services: Due to the personalized nature of readings and reports, all sales are final once delivered.

    • Physical Goods: Unused items can be returned within 30 days. If an item arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours for a replacement.
